Description - This is a framed original January 11, 1971 Sports Illustrated Magazine with Redskins great QB on the cover as a member of Notre Dame in College. This was Joe Theismann' historic first Sports Illustrated cover. The magazine is autographed by Joe Theismann and he added the very rare inscription Notre Dame Fighting Irish. It is very rare to have this Original Full Sports Illustrated Magazine in such nice shape and autographed. It is much more rare to have this original vintage Sports Illustrated signed by Theismann especially with this inscription, then it is on a photo. It is framed and double matted in a cherry wood frame. The overall size of the frame is 11x14. This comes with a JSA certificate of authenticity.
